Letter to Mr.Obama

Open Letter to Mr.Obama……

Respected US Prez. Mr.Barack Obama.'

I wish to bring to your notice some of the things you recently commented upon.

'Religious Intolerance is on rise in recent times in India. Mahatma Gandhi would have been shocked to see this': The US Prez. Mr.Barack Obama.

I thought Mr.Obama is the Prez. of The US. Didn't came to know when you started ruling India....... It came as a surprise to all of us to know that Mr.Obama is our premiere and now we all are thinking to send Mr.Modi to The US to look after The US administration. At least The US will raise under his leadership.  What's say?

This statement came as a surprise to all Indians. But was that just a coincidence that Prez. 's statement comes exactly the day when a church is attacked by some Muslims in national capital........!! I doubt it wasn't. Last time too when you were on India visit you invoked Indian Constitution. No matter. You were citing the shared values between India n The US but this time it was overboard.

The US Prez. is concerned abt intolerance in India.... I thought its highest in The US....... How about racial discrimination Mr.Obama?? How about the genocide of Red Indians or Native Americans?? Will Mr.Obama give the same sermons to Islamic Nations like he gavies to India??

While you spoke in India, you invoked Human Rights. How about human rights in The US?? Slavery?? Rapes?? Trafficking?? But of course....... The US is the greatest country practicing racial n religious tolerance, right? The US is d best example of it.......... Sorry Mr.Obama we forgot that the Dharma which taught the world universal tolerance n universal acceptance which is practised in India is actually the most intolerant. We didn't knew it. Thanks for reminding.

Actually the whole Hindu community should thank Prez. Obama for the sermons he gave us. And we do so, very humbly. But at the same time we would like to ask Mr.Obama will u give the same sermons on religious tolerance to ISIS?? To Pakistan?? or to Taliban, whom u even don't think to be terror outfits coz they don't threaten the US?? To Saudi Arabia? To Bangladesh?? Will you Prez. Please ? Coz they need it more than India does.

Mr.Prez. I also have a question for u. Do u have the guts to speak and take head on with Islamic terrorism?? Will u please?? But u even don't think that terrorism has religion. Ya, it doesn't actually. Sorry for the lack of understandings on this issue.

Mr.Obama, yours is a country, who without knowing the facts can barr an individual from entering The US for 8 long years......... That too for silly reason without doing your homework. Still we always welcomed u n we will with a warm smile on our face says Namaste..... bowing to the eternal soul within u........ But still thanks for reminding us that we are intolerant.

Just a reminder to u too, Mr.Prez. India is the only country who gave shelter to micro minorities in the whole world. I repeat in WHOLE WORLD....... even before America. Ours is the oldest civilization which taught the world the principles of Religious tolerance. It was Swami Vivekananda who made u familiar with the great ancient civilization ..... still your reluctance bothers me, as an Indian. Its because Hindus are in majority in the Sub continent that the area is still in peace n stability......... coz ours is the DNA which makes us most humble n mild. Hence we are called The Mild Hindus, The Soft Hindus. We absorbed all the things that came our way and we never complained. Its not that we are the best, no, not at all. In fact Hinduism needs reinvention still we never complain. But we never knew that religious intolerance was rising in India......... U were the first to tell. Thank u for this too.

The world has always been reluctant to admit the sacrifices of Hindus. Read this:
https://themuslimissue.wordpress.com/2014/12/27/islamic-india-the-biggest-holocaust-in-world-history-whitewashed-from-history/

Do u have the guts to speak on this, Mr.Prez.? Sorry but even Indian Politicians lack it....... so you are too far away.

About Mahatma Gandhi. Mr.Obama, Mahatma Gandhi is an icon in India. He's an Indian and has many followers and has equal number of critics as well. But a large picture is that we will never forget what he did to India. He tore apart two pieces of India, my motherland i,e India and Pakistan at behest of a bloodshed n never ending war and enmity. So we know more of Gandhi than you do. He is credit with forming of Pakistan which once was an integral part of India on basis of Religion. We don't need to prove what Gandhi would have said coz he has always been divisive figure. But we also credit him for the path which he showed India ...... His struggle for Independence shall always be remembered. But u don't need to worry. When we are not complaining why are you?

Anyway Mr.Prez. The only thing I wish to know from u is how would u have reacted to Mr.Modi had he spoken about issues of America on your soil in Madison Square Garden? The same way, when a person alien to my land, alien to the problems that my land faces speaks about my land, I feel hurt coz u may be the President of world's largest power but u are no authority to claim what is going on in India or what is Indian society doing. Coz its not the way things are happening as you imply. So stop the interference please as currently only the Indian Govt and the Indian PM have the authority to speak on behalf of Indians. While we too have our voices.

Let India tackle her own problems in her own way coz SHE has her own solutions to these problems. Mr.Obama, time for u concentrate on the mess that you have created in the world. We know who's behind spread of Terrorism in Middle East and who is doing what for stability. Better concentrate on the US economy and the growing racial intolerance in The US rather than thinking of India. She's got her own people to take care of herself. And even if u wish to ; please let us know we'll even accept u as our premier on certain conditions. No problem. As we were to accept an Italian as our head then why not you?? Most welcome, Mr.Obama.

Finally I wish to thank u to remind us that we are the most intolerant in world.

Sincerely,
Rucha ,
From India

The Treasure Awaits you........

Ye The Children of God...

Some recent events disturbed me. I was a bit shocked to know that the media and some Indian Secular Intellectuals(ISI) failed to understand the Sanatan Dharma. Besides even those whom I admired a lot also fell flat. The newsrooms were full of so called ‘Ghar Wapsi’ events with anchors bashing on Dharm Jagaran Manch and Vishwa Hindu Parishad to an extent to call them ‘Saffron Terrorists’. And none objected to it; sadly. Some great authors whom young India looks upon as inspiration went on to an extent to compare VHP and RSS with ISIS and Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups. It hurt the sentiments; but there were no angry protests as such from Hindu Community against so called Intellectuals. Then came the ‘‘P.K” storm which yet again paved a way for Main stream media to criticise Hindutva and its philosophy (which sadly they never understood). Some Indian Secular Intellectuals also were seen ridiculing the Indian Premiere for saying that at Vedic times, Plastic Surgery was possible and Veda’s are a source of today’s science.
I was reading and listening to all this at home and asking myself if We are really the same Indians whom West admired and owed a lot to? This too said by the West itself that they owe a lot to India. I m not making false claims. Let us have a look:

Julius Oppenhimer, Father of Atomic Bomb said,’’What we shall find in Modern Physics is an exemplification, an encouragement and a refinement of the old Hindu wisdom.

Brian David Josephson, Physicist and a Noble Laureate said, " The Vedanta and the Sankhya hold the key to the laws of mind and thought process which are co-related to the Quantum Field i,e. The Operation and Distribution of particles at atomic and molecular levels.’’

Albert Einstein, renowned scientist said, "We owe a lot to Indians, who taught us how to count, without which no worthwhile scientific discovery could have been made."

Dr. Lin Yutang, Chinese Scholar said, "India was China’s teacher in religion and imaginative literature; and World’s teacher in Trigonometry, Quadratic Equations, Grammar, Phonetics, Arabian Nights, Animal Fables, Chess as well as philosophy and that She inspired Boccaccio, Goethe, Herder, Schopenhauer,Emerson, and probably also old Aesop."

Erwin Schroedinger , Physicist and a Noble Laureate said, "In all world there is no kind of framework within which we can find consciousness in the plural, this is simply something we construct because of temporal plurality of individuals but it is a false construction. The only solution to this conflict in so far as any is available to us at all lies in the ancient wisdom of the Upanishads.’"

What else do I need to prove? All the theories these scientist proved were somewhere or the other once related to or had deep roots in the Vedanta and Upanishads. But today instead of learning what our ancestors left for us; we are fighting over who’s more secular or who’s communal!! No one would have thought that the same Indians would go down to disrespect their own writings, culture and traditions.

Many Seculars actually allege even today that whatever Veda’s and Purana’s say is a Myth!  Irony! The Indians who were the makers of Veda’s and Purana’s today say that whatever it contains is false, imagery and illusionary. And then when an eminent scientist makes a breakthrough research and gets the Noble Prize; we then start questioning ourselves as to what are we doing today when West is busy making discoveries. India, Go back to Upanishads and I bet you’ll be at forefront. Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Nuclear Science, Literature, Logics, Political Science, Economics, Warfare, Spirituality and what not ....... Everything is there but alas! We always hid behind this Secular and Communal debate . Amazingly even after debating this till today; India has never been able to understand even this theory of Secularism.  This will continue till we get rid of this notion that Hinduism is a religion opposed to all the rest in the world!

The problem India faces today is the lack of self respect and confidence with which She can shout out loud that it is India who taught Science to the World. Even when as I write this no doubt some would say, I am a perfect Communal piece who doesn’t know the bitter truth that India is a poor nation with no good sanitation facility and illiterate poor people lying on ground and full of insanitary conditions with diseases and malnutrition at all time high etc etc etc ...... Still I say, accepted that India today remains a developing nation with Her farmers committing suicide but cannot ignore that the political establishment totally failed the citizen of this country and kept debating on secularism to garner votes not paying heed to what India needed. The tax payers money was used to fill up the pockets of dynasties and political class not even thinking for what they once were elected. The trend continues hopefully with some changes made and some to come.........

When any Government tried to do anything good; the so called opposition always tried their best to stop them from doing so instead of asking the Government why what and how of it....  The main rivals parties always did it. This time it was overboard.

What is so debatable of this ‘Ghar Wapsi’ program? Some Hindus who were forcefully converted to another religion when come to know of the fact that they were duped now wilfully wish to reconvert back to their religion what is the problem? This is exactly as when a fish is out of the pond left to die, you say its sad and do nothing but when someone helps her get back into the pond you harp on that person because it violates the Constitution! How come is helping fish get back into the pond without any force against Constitution? So according to same logic when fish is left to die outside the pond, it is well suited and is according to the Constitutional framework & when someone as per the wish of that little creature helps it to get back to her home giving her a lifeline is against the Highest Law of the Land.......This can be termed as Secular Hypocrisy

The Indian Secular Intellectuals (ISI) shall never focus on how Hindus are duped and forcefully converted to Islam or Christianity. Will they ever take on these missionaries? No. It needs spine which is vulnerable in this case. Sanatan Dharma never teaches to be Inhuman instead the Vedic Dharma is the epitome of Humanity...... Alas, we have forgotten this........

In Bhagvad Geeta , The Lord Himself asks Arjuna to kill his own family as they are inhumane and not good for the society while Arjuna is confused as to how can he destroy his own family......... At that time, Lord says, Fight and finish them not because they are your family or they did bad to you but because they need to be eliminated for the good of the society. Fight for that which is Right, for that which is Righteous and not for that which is unholy. The unholy needs to be decimated and finished off from our own minds and thoughts. Stop being what Macaulay wished and be that which Lord wished........... Stop being Arjuna; Try to find out Lord hidden in yourself, wake up with wide eyes and see the only goal of Rising High as our ancestors would have wished us to be.......... Get back to the Veda’s, Vedanta and Upanishads not because they are Hindu but because they secular, scientific and more Indian, tried and tested, without giving in to all those who play down you......... Wake Up India! This is your Time.

The Moral Policing done by media on Feminism

Reinvent yourself, Preachers of Morality

The recent Uber incident shamed the country. And this is not the first time that India has witnessed such a dastardly act. Though we talk of ‘Development’ today, it also remains a fact that such rape cases are rising in number. This is the bitter truth. Molestation, Physical Harassment and Domestic Violence is what the women in India face almost daily. In some areas the situation is even worse. Ironically such incidents happen in a country which has a glorious past of worshipping Women! Worshipping The Goddess Gauri and Durga! This is the country who once regarded women as Goddess and Mother of All & in the same country we witness that women are treated even worse than animals. Rape seems to have become a daily issue with at one such incident being highlighted in newspapers or in media. Condition of women is not good , we all accept!
Women since ages have been blamed for being man handled. Every time a fatwa is declared banning girls from wearing jeans, using mobile and internet etc. The MSM calls it moral policing! Though some organizations give reason of the cultural obligations and all, the real reason as to why girls should avoid wearing tight jeans is still not accepted by girls and majorly by feminists , who are always involved in selective outrage and main stream media which thinks that to be modern means to have drinks, smoke, and wear so called modern clothes. No problem! Girls should wear clothes they wish but only those which don’t harm them and maintain the dignity of women. The real reason why girls should not be wearing tight jeans is because the nerves that run in outer part of the thigh gets compressed and the pressure on the nerves causes the symptoms like tingling, numbness and pain in outer part of thigh. This is proven and  Dr.Karen Boyel from Greater Baltimore Medical Centre says that this disorder is increasing day by day. This condition is called Meralgia Palenthetica. She further says in her interview to ABC ,’’sufferers report a floating sensation—basically, because they can't feel their lower legs—along with pain in the thighs. Ouch. Unfortunately for women, the problem can be exacerbated by high heels, which cause the pelvis to tilt, increasing the pressure on the nerves in question.’’ While the west is already rejecting its attire and is engaging more with Indian attire like Kurta’s and Saree’s even Leggings what we are doing in the name of modernization is that adopting west which in turn is rejecting itself!! And if this writer asks girls to wear less of tight jeans, ultimately this author will be turned down and called an orthodox! So be it. But the media and the feminists who are actually outraged by such comments from khaps or other organizations only debate and indulge in blame game instead of searching for the real reasons behind the repeated occurrence of violence against women.
One day a rape case is highlighted by MSM and Feminists are out in media but not once did I saw these feminists wearing modern clothes! What instead I see is that they are either in Saree or in Kurta! Interestingly the people who say they are voicing women don’t actually understand that they are not! What an Indian household wife thinks is far more civilized than what these people talk of. Ask any household woman about increasing rapes, her answer will be that girls should act as per a women’s dignity & feel free to speak and boys need to understand their limits. But how will the show go on if blame game is not debated? Instead of debating on reasons, causes and effects of such incidents and drawing a conclusion out of it one side blames girls for the clothes they wear and other side blames boys for their mindset. And some politicians gain importance by giving statements in media out of turn. That’s it! Two day coverage and every one forgets what happened yesterday.
Its really amazing to note that feminists lecture men on morality but are enraged when they are told the real meaning of morality. Are men always to be blamed for all rape cases declared to be one without investigations by media ? We saw what happened in Badaun and what these people declared it to be! Ultimately because of this what happened is that this matter was dragged into UN and UN gave a statement on this saying UN is worried over such Badaun incidents happening in India! (In reality, badaun was not a rape case at all! But India was lauded for this!)Who is to blamed? When CBI concluded its findings no one absolutely no one debated the issue! And who gained importance? My Country! Which is now being recognized as a country of rapists! Media is not be blamed but the whole system which works in media pressure and of course the society. What can be concluded then??.
Some say we need to toughen the laws. But the already tough laws are paving way to its misuse!  One day we shout out loud against violence and the other day we forget it while we all are silent when women themselves misuse the laws for their own sake.  No one reports the cases where innocent men are accused of rape & in reality are absolved! Still the outrage continues as if women are still ‘Abola Nari’.  The NCW, Delhi itself has said that women are actually filing false rape cases! Consider this:  While in 2012, the acquittal rate in rape cases was 46%, in the first eight months of 2013 (for which exact figures are available) it shot up to 75%. Sources said acquittals remain high this year as well, accounting for around 70% of the cases. Legal experts say the high acquittal rates are because of a spurt in the number of false rape cases being filed. The observations of judges in acquittal cases also bear this out. "This is an unfortunate trend. In many cases, women come up with the plea that they had registered the case out of anger and due to misunderstanding," said additional public prosecutor A T Ansari, one of the main prosecutors in the Nirbhaya case. A senior woman lawyer has  said, "It's sad but true. Registration of false cases is rampant and hence, the alarming acquittal rate. The new law is being misused because of the widened definition of rape." Experts feel the amended law is "widely-worded" and "ambiguous" in parts and lends itself to misuse. In around 90% of acquittal cases, the victim turns hostile. Mostly, it turns out to be a case of a relationship gone bad. The sex is consensual but the victim claims that the consent was given on account of promise of marriage. Worried over the disturbing trend of false complaints, even fast track courts trying cases of sexual offenses have been raising concerns over the matter. In July last year, while acquitting a 75-year-old man of the charges of raping his maid, a fast track court observed that the capital has earned the notoriety of India's rape capital because of the increase in false rape cases being registered in the city. The alleged victim in this case had admitted that she registered the case because she wanted to usurp the accused's property. In some cases women have admitted that they filed false cases so as to bury their embarrassment on extra marital affairs! Are we still going to claim women are ‘Abola Nari’?
This writer read the open letter written by Sehnaz Treasurywala, as a girl myself, I appreciate her bold act and some of her questions should really be looked into and stand by her for all that she suffered and even many women suffer the same daily. In her letter he asks for help from Film fraternity and blames the PM for condition of women. I found this a bit rhetoric! After all, many men have accepted that a girl’s dress do incite their feelings! I m not blaming girls but this is the fact   what men think of us and it should be actually accepted by us. This is one of the main reason behind molestation as thought by men! Yes Men should be taught the lessons of morality but at the same time we too should introspect! And where does NaMo comes in between, Miss Actress? In this case, the Indian Govt is trying to do its best to secure women, and provide secure transport to women and u blame the Govt and ask for help from film fraternity!! Many parents have said and admitted that the films do have some bitter impact on boys and girls providing them a chance to get a bit immoral!! Even if Govt provides security still some cases appear still the one to be blamed is Govt. And what will Govt do? Bring laws and nothing. Govt cannot preach morality! We need to rise above Govt! What NaMo speaks in US, Australia or elsewhere is that of dignity for women as he’s expected to do so. But its not Govt but our society which is to be blamed actually. Still we conveniently turn a blind eye to this reality. Men need to understand that Woman is his sister, his mother and his wife and even his daughter!

Instead of being fair with all, we are supporting that which is wrong and condemning that which is right & it  has become a habit! Where are we heading to? In name of modernization we are forgetting the Indian values and morality. Here yet again morality is not preached by these organizations who declare fatwa and orders but is taught in the society. The society is getting more and more of material and less of morality! Its the society that is producing the rapists as well as racists and also the girls. If anyone is responsible for this is the society which was unable to adapt its culture according to changing times. This selective outrage does not mean empowering women! We cannot even blame the Govt as even Govt has some limits! The responsibility lies with the society as to how it wishes its future generations to be? How does it wishes its own future to be? And how do we wish our future India be? We need back the same India which worshipped Women as Goddess and even took care of her as a special person. Why is it that this land once produced Gargi, Maitreyi, Draupadi, Sita, and today is also responsible for Nirbhaya and Veera? Blame Game has to stop and Society has to revisit itself and reinvent the ways of its teachings. After all its not the male, female, media or Govt that forms the nation; its the society that forms the nation and decides its future.

Mr.Modi is Modi & Sardar Patel was Sardar Patel

Rashrtiya Ekta Divas

It was on Friday 31st October,2014 that Nation was celebrating Birth Anniversary of Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as Rashtriya Ekta Divas. Born in a Gujarati Family, He played a pivotal role in shaping the Modern Day India. Trying his best to merge all 562 princely states into one was not an easy task when Britishers had already done their best to divide India. Even the then PM of Britain Winston Churchill was of the opinion that British should not leave India or it won’t take much time for the territory to b divided into 500 small states and increase of instability in Sub Continent would be disastrous. Churchill had also opined that in near future there would only be violence in the Sub Continent and nothing else as there would b constant friction in the territory. Even today there are many who years back had said that the Idea of Unified India is foolish as a Nation with diverse regions, language, colours, faiths, etc can never remain united. One or the other day India had to divide. But all those ‘Bhavishyavanis’ miserably failed. Except the partition of India n Pakistan that too the brain child of The British no further division took place in India. Its been 68 years now and not a single state is separate today. India remained intact. And this is a matter of great surprise, excitement, curiosity and investigation for many historians and political analysts. How did this happen? How Can this happen?
15th August 1947, India became an independent nation. And Sardar Patel was one of its Founding Fathers. He was the first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister of India. He was a Congressman till his death but also was an ardent follower of Hindutva in his personal life. After British gave a proposal of making India free at the cost of partition ; Sardar Patel had said, "I fully appreciate the fears of our brothers from [the Muslim-majority areas]. Nobody likes the division of India and my heart is heavy. But the choice is between one division and many divisions.’’ According to the Plan of 3rd June 1947 , Britishers gave all the 562 princely states an option of either joining India or Pakistan. At that time M.K.Gandhi entrusted Sardar Patel to look into this matter and make sure that our Idea of Akhanda Bharat remains intact. This task was not at all going to b a cakewalk. Most difficult were the princely states of Junagarh and Hyderabad. But Sardar Patel yet again proved that He was a Master Strategist and He laid the foundation of Modern Day Hindustan. This great leader rubbished the fears that India will b divided into many and  proclaimed to the world by his actions that though India is a diverse land but it shares same culture and same Dharma that binds the Indian society. This was overlooked by all but Sardar Patel knew this and thus shaped India.
Not only Sardar Patel but there were many revolutionaries who strived hard to get India Independence. Even after Independence, many leaders ; in fact all 14 Prime Ministers and their council of ministers helped shaping India in area of development. No doubt that Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi too contributed their bit towards the progress of India. There may be many reservations on this. But fact remains these were the leaders of a political party ( dynast party) who did something towards India. These people have been given their due respect which they deserve. But there are some who are forgotten to the core. Today’s history books are full of Pandit Nehru, M.K Gandhi, Indira Gandhi etc but barely a paragraph is described about rest of the revolutionary leaders Like Sardar Patel, Bhagat Singh, Jayprakash Narayan , Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherjee, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Dr.Savarkar, and many more to name. Some of whom I named are not even recognized as Leaders who made India. Half of the country’s young don’t even know who they were. But today my head hangs in shame when I see the same political party who actually helped get India her independence, who only respected Nehru and Gandhi, who never gave a thought about the contributions of other great Leaders who contributed much more to India’s Freedom Struggle ; Today is playing petty politics over the issue of celebrating Rashtriya Ekta Divas. Congress never ever remembered Sardar Patel for his great contributions but today is scoring yet another self goal by questioning the Prime Minister’s step to observe a ‘Run For Unity’ programme just to remember the Iron Man of India which they did not for past 60 years! Not only Congress but some authors and Congress sympathisers too are indulging into the stupid blame game. Its Shameful.
What Congress alleged was the Prime Minister did not pay respects to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on the day she was assassinated. Either they wilfully turned blind to the tweet by PMO and PM himself or they played deaf to what Prime Minister said while addressing the crowd at Rajpath on 31st October. Congress spokesperson Sanjay Jha tweeted saying that PM has no originals to pay respect to as till now he has only highlighted Congressman. But he forgets the fact that Congress is no more the Congress it used to b 50 years back! Those Congressmen like Patel and Gandhi were totally different from what Today’s Congressmen are. First they cried foul over observing Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan on 2nd October Gandhi Jayanti. Why was anything wrong to actually act on the principles of M.K.Gandhi rather than only a photo op on Government advertisements? Just because these were Congressmen does it make them their copyright? These were the Leaders of Nation because they served their Nation and hence belong to the Nation and not to today’s Congress Party. When Congress was in rule they never made the nation familiar to those Leaders but when Prime Minister Modi who according to them is a non secular, right wing leader actually commemorates their contributions by celebrating it , Congress cries foul! And some Congress Sympathizers from India Today Group write a blog saying Mr.Narendra Modi is trying to get into Sardar Patel’s shoes! That Mr.Narendra Modi is playing politics as he knows he cannot be Indira Gandhi as ‘Indira is India and India is Indira’ was her stature at that time which Mr.Modi cannot achieve!
This writer dosen’t know what majority of the people think about this but this writer opines that yes certainly Mr.Modi can never be Indira. But he can be The Narendra Modi . And when they dare to say that Mr.Modi is trying to be Sardar Patel let me say this with utter conviction that the writer is totally wrong to compare two different leaders of different times. Sardar Patel can b compare to absolutely no one. Not even Nehru. Each leader has his own stature and comparing him with someone else shows your narrow-mindedness. Neither can Patel be Nehru nor can Modi be Indira and nor can Modi b Patel. This very comparison of Modi with National Leaders shows that they feel insecure ‘what if he does better than Indira?’ What Indira did is known to the world. Operation Blue Star, Emergency, Khalistan movement all happened under her regime. Yes she did some good work too but this writer has her own reservations on this. When she was killed she was declared a martyr. Again; she did not died for her country. She died of the wrong policy she started. Assassination of any PM of a Republic is highly condemnable and sad but she did not died willingly for nation’s cause! It was exactly the same day that 1984 Sikh Riots took place. Thousands were killed but till today none is punished. And the same party when asked about 1984 Sikh riots starts blaming the Prime Minister for 2002. To their best of information the culprits of 2002 have been punished and are in jail while the culprits of 1984 are still roaming free and not a single is punished for the same cause. Sad but true.
If observed closely the problem with these people is not Mr.Modi but the fact that someone who is not a Nehru , who’s not a Gandhi is given so much of respect which today not even Gandhis’ are given!  Its shameful that Congress and some historians ( so called, self proclaimed historians, included Congress sympathizers and communists ) have taken objections to celebrate the Birth Anniversary of a Leader because of whom we are today Proud to Be Indians and Proud to belong to India. And those attacking Mr.Modi on Why only Congressmen let me remind them that Dr.Shyama Prasad Mookherjee, Jayprakash Narayan, Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay, Swami Vivekananda, Shri Ramkrishna Paramhansa, etc  are some leaders who always are remembered by him in his every speech as a part of his reaspect to the leaders.
Rest whether you call it politics or no politics , as a common citizen of this country this writer is happy that the young who didn’t knew who Sardar Patel was ; today are interested to know about him which may inspire generations together. And yes Mr.Modi will also be remembered as the only Prime Minister who made the Country familiar with National Heroes ( apart from Nehru and Gandhi ). To all Modi baiters who call Modi supporters as ‘Bhakts’ i,e devotees ( I doubt if they understand the meaning of devotion and by saying so are disrespecting the mandate given by the people by ridiculing all of them who voted for him) ‘Whether you Hate Mr.Modi or You Love Mr.Modi , U simply cannot Ignore Mr.Modi....’

May My Country Remain United Forever as a Peace Loving Nation...........Jai Hind!

Black Money Issue & We the People

Rome Was Not Built In A Day!

Much has been said, discussed and talked about Black Money issue since the Government filed its response in Supreme Court of India stating It cannot reveal names of account holders in foreign banks , this Friday morning. The focus of main stream media has been only on NDA = UPA 3. In fact even people were on high expectations that the black money will be brought back in 100 days as claimed by Modi himself during election rallies. As a result of which now people are loosing their confidence on Government on this issue of black money. The problem is not with people and their lack of understanding but with the media which is not letting out the TRUTH. Fact of the matter is Government failed to take into consideration the people of this country and went on with their work. This may somewhere hurt the image of Mr.Modi as people have already started hating him. My point is simple: The government should have made a statement much before and then carried on with their efforts to bring back black money but on the same time even the people should repose their faith in the newly formed government which formed an SIT on the very first cabinet meeting i,e on 27th May 2014.
It all dates back to 2011 when senior Supreme Court Lawyer Mr.Ram Jethmalani filed a petition in Court in this issue. From then onwards the court was asking the then incumbent government to form an SIT in this regard but it failed; inviting wrath of Supreme Court. It was then in election campaign in 2014 when the BJP’s Prime Ministrial Candidate Mr.Modi ( now PM of India ) had attacked the UPA for its failure to form an SIT. Now when he’s become PM he kept his promise of bringing in black money when the cabinet approved to form an SIT. The allegations made after today’s stand in SC are that Ambani, Adani and all those who r said by the media to b close to Mr.Modi have their accounts there and hence the Modi government is refusing to disclose the names. This argument though well received is completely hollow for the reason being: If at all , lets consider for a moment, Mr.Modi is trying to shield those industrialist then the very first thing is he would have never asked an SIT to b set up. He could have argued in the Court for years together like the previous government did. But he did not. So the ridiculous argument of shielding Ambani and Adani stand nullified. Another point is that people claim it that Ambani’s and Adani’s have accounts in Swiss bank. My argument: Who told? Is there any proof? How come the common man knows who has accounts in foreing banks and who has not? Has the media hub which claims at the top of voice any evidence to support this argument? If they have then instead of telecasting it they should submit it to the SC. Next argument made is Modi is only a talking parrot. My counter argument: If Modi is talking parrot then Why did u believe him for last 5 months? If Modi is a talking parrot how is it that India and Switzerland are working on bilateral agreement on black money case? If Modi is a talking parrot then how come Swiss officials who till now were in denial mode agreed to share information in this regard with India? How come is the Government trying to sort this issue with Mauritius and Germany? This again proves the hollowness of some elites trying to blame Modi Government. Yet another stupid argument is that BJP leaders of which some cabinet minister’s names are being attached have their accounts in Germany and hence the Government is not ready to disclose the names. If cabinet was involved they would have stopped the FM and PM from doing so. But what Ravi Shankar Prasad said in media briefing was this,’’The cabinet unanimously approved forming SIT in this matter’’ Do I again need to highlight the word Unanimously!
Interestingly when so called opposition leaders are attacking the government even the people have started criticising the same without knowing the nitty gritty of the case. The very first thing to be considered is that in 1995 the UPA government signed a DTAA agreement with Germany  where the clause prohibits from disclosing the names of account holders as a matter of privacy and also says that unless the charges are proven nothing should be disclosed. Even the Supreme Court guidelines state this and I quote,
1.‘’That ..The Union of India is exempted from revealing the names of those individuals who have accounts in banks of Liechtenstein, and revealed to it by Germany with respect of who investigations/enquiries are still in progress and no information or evidence of wrongdoing is yet available’’
Clearly the Court says not to disclose anything if enquiries are unable to prove charges! The order goes on to say,
2. The revelation of details of bank accounts of individuals,
without establishment of prima facie grounds to accuse
them of wrong doing, would be a violation of their rights
to privacy. Details of bank accounts can be used by those
who want to harass, or otherwise cause damage, to
individuals. We cannot remain blind to such possibilities,
and indeed experience reveals that public dissemination
of banking details, or availability to unauthorized persons,
has led to abuse. The mere fact that a citizen has a bank
account in a bank located in a particular jurisdiction
cannot be a ground for revelation of details of his or her
account that the State has acquired.
The right to privacy is a Constitutional right of every citizen of this country and hence in any case it cannot be violated. If everything is disclosed it may lead to infringement of a person’s right merely on the ground that he has an account in this bank. It further says,
3. Whether the State itself can access details of citizens bank accounts is
a separate matter. However, the State cannot compel
citizens to reveal, or itself reveal details of their bank
accounts to the public at large, either to receive benefits
from the State or to facilitate investigations, and
prosecutions of such individuals, unless the State itself
has, through properly conducted investigations, within the
four corners of constitutional permissibility, been able to
establish prima facie grounds to accuse the individuals of

wrong doing. It is only after the State has been able to
arrive at a prima facie conclusion of wrong doing, based
on material evidence, would the rights of others in the
nation to be informed, enter the picture.
None can compel the person to disclose the identity without going to fair trial. If proved the citizen have right to know who the traitor is but not unless the charges are proved.
4. There is no presumption that
every account holder in banks of Liechtenstein has acted
unlawfully. In these circumstances, it would be
inappropriate for this Court to order the disclosure of such
names, even in the context of proceedings under Clause (1)
of Article 32.
In all the above statements by the H’ble Supreme Court of India , The Court has unequivocally said that unless the charges are proved no one, absolutely no one can disclose the identity of a concerned person and infringe his/her’s right to privacy. Still the main stream media and some 5 star activists working for others , funded by others, Modi baitors, and all anti national elements are shouting out on the top of the voice that Modi Government is making a U-Turn. I would like to highlight the fact what Mr.Mukul Rohatagi (AG) said today. He said,’’ Not ALL information can be disclosed and made public’’ He said Not ‘’ALL’’! Means some things which are prohibited by law cannot be made public as a result of right to life with dignity and the right to privacy of concerned person may be infringed! And State and Judiciary are there to protect the rights of the citizen and not to breach them! Even the FM Arun Jaitley said that DTAA act is the problem and the government is trying its best to sort it out and further schedule of this will be made public shortly! When FM himself is clarifying that the government will sort out things and is committed to bring back all the black money irrespective of come what may.........Still We the People instead of standing by the government are criticizing it for its failure! But my question is where is the failure? For argument’s sake Mr.Modi indeed said 100 days but which 100 days (?) that’s not mentioned by him! And even Rome was not built in a day folks!
Twitter and Facebook comments show lack of understanding of law among masses. The matter is pending before the Supreme Court- The highest authority of Law in India. And when SC has not objected to this then we the people who don’t even know the ‘L’ Of Law are no one to comment on this serious issue. Rest the Law takes its own course and the matter is in safe hands when an SIT is set up by Supreme Court itself and Court is monitoring it as well. We need not create ruckus and tell the whole world how our brains work. Instead wait and watch. Sabra Ka Phaal Meetha Hoota Hai. ..........

Pakistan Diplomacy and Indian Politics

Dreadful Act sometimes May prove Harmful

In recent times the relations between India & Pakistan have worsened much. It is not as of now but the game dates back since partition. If we give a closer look to history of Indo-Pak ties ; they always were tensed. May it be 1949, 1965, 1971, 1999, 2012, 2013, and as of now 2014. With rise of new government in Pakistan last year , the diplomacy was hoping to see a new era of peace n friendliness. But instead what came up was quite as expected by defence analysts. Beheading of Indian soldiers and continuous ceasefire violation along LoC and International Borders by Pakistan , Rise of terrorist activities in PoK & J&K , Pakistan’s camouflaging Hafeez Saeed and not to forget the recent violence along IB n LoC have added to the rivalry. Every time when Pakistan violated d ceasefire ; India would ask for a Flag Meet. Each time India was found to be victimised but suddenly the rise of Nationalist BJP n Prime Minister Narendra Modi has drawn some red lines which could have been done a long time back, say Defence analyst. The problem lies where Pakistan intensifies d violence at border and on the other hand tries to cry victimhood of terror ( home grown terrorist outfits) at UN. India never objected on any peaceful resolution of K-Word but I can say with full responsibility that it was always India first who welcomed any such resolve and later it was always found that Pakistan can never be trusted as when talks would start the borders went tensed.
The year 2014 was very important for India as The Largest Democracy was to elect its New Government for next 5 yrs. And surprisingly a non Congress and non coalition government with full majority came to power. There was quite a excitement and enthusiasm among people regarding what Foreign Policy will the New Government headed by PM Narendra Modi ( whose image is that of a Hindu Nationalist ) will adopt  vis-a-vis Pakistan as the same party had argued that the stand taken by UPA government was quite shabby and it needed a new approach. New Approach was indeed taken when the PM invited SAARC leaders on his swearing-in ceremony ( which led to much criticism but was also welcomed by public at large ). The meet between PM Modi n PM Sharif was hoped to b fruitful when the leaders decided that there would be secretary level talks between the two countries. But then the equations went horribly wrong and since 27th May there have been no talks between the two. Did Pakistan went wrong in judging the changing winds in India? Was the step taken by PM Modi too much aggressive as compared to past governments? Was the decision to retaliate forcefully to any violence on borders  expected from PM? Why are major political parties unhappy with the  tough stand taken by government when Indians are actually with Mr.Modi? Why is army feeling more strong today as said by Army Men themselves? These are some questions which may or may not have answers but I would try to analyse them.
Let us go back to LS polls campaigns. It was BJP led by Modi , asking d then government to take tough measures to deal with Pakistan and Modi himself was mocking at UPA n giving harsh statements. He was actually mocked by Media when he said ,’’Talks n terror cannot go hand in hand’’ But to my surprise was welcomed n praised by d same media when it came to ‘Bullet for Bullet’ policy. While the Pakistan apologists in India are trying hard to push onus on government to invite talks newly the GOI is showing no signs to budge from its stand it took even while campaigning. If we observe keenly the Pak media n diplomats incl. Army, since 2013 was weary of ‘what if BJP n esp. Modi comes to power?’ Will he walk the talk? Will there be yet another war with India? Will Modi talk tough? These were the questions on which Pak news channels were actually debating....... What If? Was the nightmare for them but when this became a reality the tone changed n the debates were What Now? And in this ‘What Now’ Pak leadership ( Army ) actually tried to test the changing winds but to everyone’s surprise when talk was actually walked Pakistan was blown away with winds. It was cornered not only on Bilateral  stage but also on International Platform whem PM Modi said at UNGA, ‘’ Kashmir issue needs to be resolved Bilaterally and it cannot have an outcome on multilateral platform. I am ready to have a talk with Pakistan ‘WITHOUT SHADOW OF TERROR.’’ This was the second time Pakistan should have realised what India expects. Red Lines were already drawn when GOI said ‘ Either talk to separatist or to Government’ . Alas! Pakistan went horribly wrong and it suffered heavily at the hands of Indian Army. Overall the Bullet to Bullet policy seemed to be working when intensity of violence at border was reduced much. Even the forces seemed to have voice when they were in front of the camera assuring the Nation that India is in safe hands with BSF. Indians were seemed quite rejoicing when they saw BSF giving a befitting reply to Na-Pak act.
To Nation’s despair the so called opposition started politicizing this issue when the borders were at stake. The problem with them was , as I can see, PM was addressing rallies in Haryana n Maharashtra and the meetings saw huge crowds n not even half of it turned to that of Congress, SS, MNS, SP, BSP. Congress started saying and I quote,’’ This is happening because the nation is not having a full time Defence Minister’’ This was d most courageous and stupid allegation by former ruling party. During UPA’s tenure Nation had full time Defence Minister who on the floor of the house said Hafeez  Saeedji and Osamaji still nation saw a host of terrorist activities. It was during UPA’s rule when Army men said they were feeling like being handcuffed. What happened when there was full time DM , The Nation saw it. They were courageous enough to point out their own failure n stupid enough to alleged that part time Defence Minister actually tries to make borders violent. On the other hand J&K CM Omar Abdullah and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti seems to apologetic of what Pakistan did. They were actually urging the government to start talks to end violence at the time when Many of OUR civilians were killed , many injured n lakhs displaced?? Yes, This issue can be resolved through talks only but not at the cost of life of innocents! The nation actually expected these great leaders to stand with Armed Forces at the time of crisis. And amazingly the separatist were nowhere to be seen when it came to Bullet for Bullet policy. SS n MNS chief’s said When borders r tensed the PM has locked his PMO n is campaigning for his party in poll bound states. The persons who don’t know even the ‘D’ Of Diplomacy should have kept silent but saying thus they made a biggest self goal. Is PM expected to go on borders with gun in hand at this time? Is that what they wanted? They ignored the heavy price Pakistan paid for this act and faced public ire on social media by giving such statements. It was shameful for the politicians and former ministers to say that GOI is not doing good to the nation. But this is India and everything needs to be politicised here.
Apart from the shameful n condemnable politics played by Indian politicians the other part also needs to be understood where it all went wrong for Indo-Pak ties. It all started when Pak PM seemed to be going friendly with India when he visited swearing-in ceremony. The Pak Army , who actually is also the untold MEA for India , thought it to be a sham and then on the internal politics became unstable. Imran Khan n Tahir ul-Quadri started protesting for reasons known to Lord. Defaming and using foul language for PM Modi has become a fashion to gain publicity there. To hide the truth that people living in PoK are demanding Independence from Pakistan ; they well planned the act of intensifying border violations and crying victimhood to UN of India’s violence. But it went horribly wrong when UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon said that this issue needs to be resolved bilaterally. Still Pakistan is trying hard to bring in UN but seems it will fail again as UN has not given it a look for more many yrs together. It will be an act of stupidity by Pakistan if it still tries to test Mr.Modi as it has already suffered badly and War is not the option at all. Some Pak Defence Analyst are on record to say that a war with India this time would finish Pakistan off once and for all. At least they must be paid heed by PM Sharif.
India was never a aggressive country for mere reasons that India gave the world the message of ‘Live and Let Live’.Rest the world knows the truth who the victim of terrorism is and who is the nurturer of it. I hope that the rise of ISIS and the declaration of support by Al-Qaeda and Let, JuD and other Pak terror outfits,it must have been dawned upon US that it needs to act in accordance with India to eliminate this poison which was grown and nurtured in Pakistan and now has become a headache for whole world. Rest may Lord bless the people and Let Peace prevail. For violence at right time for right cause is must but it cannot yield desired results. Diplomacy needs to take its own course but not at the cost of lives of innocents.
